Currently seeking Resident Manager- Property / Maintenance Position / Personal Assistant.
I am looking to work for an Estate or Complex property.
I am experienced as well as skilled in a plethora of fields:
Personal Assistant, Handy man, Resident Manager, Maintenance Manager, Hospitality, Security, Driver, Concierge, Bell man etc.
I have my own transportation, tools and an excellent working attitude.
Handy man Skills include but are not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Flooring, Assembly, Landscaping, Trouble shooting etc.
I enjoy working with my hands, I am very mechanically inclined and exhibit excellent dexterity.
I have reliable transportation, INS, Tools, CPU / Smart phone Literate, Great communication skills verbal or written.
Clean record, honest and reliable.
I Currently looking for a 2 bedroom house / apt with attached car garage.
Also would like at least a 2 bathroom.
Would like to work with a real-estate investor / private - estate owner / Property management company.
I am a Maintenance man and have experience with apartment / house turn-overs, rehabs, renovations, Rent readys etc.
I have tools, knowledge and a plethora of skills.
I am looking to move with my brother who also has an extensive skill set.
Ideally we would like to work with owner / investor for a competitive salary and free or discounted rent.
We are both hard working, honest and easy going.
