Location: Anywhere near Los Angeles or Orange County (ideally around East LA, Downtown LA, or Orange County).

Dice and his wife have been renting a 4 bedroom house in LA for the past 3 years paying $4500 a month; however, his landlord is about to up the rent to $5500 a month.
The current house is unnecessarily large for his needs so he is hoping to downsize as soon as possible.
