Office wanted for film shoot (Los Angeles)

Hi! We're shooting a film and were looking to shoot a couple of scenes on a weekend in an office.
We were hoping to get some sort of medium sized working office with desks and (maybe) monitors.
Can pay by the hour.
Just adding a few random images from Google to show something along the lines of I was looking for.
There are a few options on Giggster and Peerspace I've found, but just thought I'd check here to see if there was something that works better.
