If you don’t have a car, it’s very walkable to EVERYTHING including Urth Caffe, bus stops, train station, etc.
The perfect candidate for this bedroom is someone that works a full-time job and does not plan on using the kitchen very much.
If you are a homebody that likes to Netflix and chill, have people over, and cook gourmet meals, I’m so sorry, this is not the right fit for you.
I am a therapist who works from home and I have to have a quiet tenant that does their own thing during the day.
