At EverGreene, the Project Administrator works directly with our Project Management and Accounting teams to support billing, logistics, communication, and documentation efforts, to both internal and external clients.
The Project Administrator provides administrative support to the project teams on multiple, simultaneous projects.
This is a full time, remote position, ideally based out of Los Angeles but not required.
Responsibilities
Process monthly invoices and change orders in Timberline, Textura, and other client-based billing systems; generate reports; submit change order documentation, RFIs, waivers, sworn statements, etc.
to clients when required.
Monitor weekly aging reports and communicate with clients as needed regarding collections
Arrange travel and housing for field personnel that follows the travel policy and project budgets
Assist Project Manager, Superintendent, Foreman or other project related team member with ordering materials, equipment, and tools for their jobsites
Ensure subcontracts and certificates of insurance are complete and in compliance with established EverGreene protocols.
Assist other employees within EverGreene on an as needed basis
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required.
2-3 years relevant work experience in the construction field or accounting is preferred
General knowledge of construction accounting & contracting is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, accurate & detail-oriented; ability to multitask is critical
Reliable, responsible, and pro-active in performing work
Strong customer service skills
Commitment to follow-through is critical
