Essential Job Functions Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the IT infrastructure, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring scalability and flexibility.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals (FTE’s and Partners), fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.
For example: Build, install and maintain Domain Controllers, Application Servers, File Servers, Remote Access Servers, in addition to troubleshooting /repairing, hardware installation, software installation, multiple OS installation, configuration and debugging.
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to procure necessary hardware, software, and services, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contractual agreements.
Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance measures to safeguard organizational data and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring the organization's ability to recover quickly from unforeseen events.
Technology Evaluation and Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate their relevance to the organization, and lead the integration of innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Capacity Planning: Monitor and analyze system performance, anticipating future needs and planning for infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Work collaboratively with other departments to understand their technology needs, address issues, and provide IT infrastructure support that aligns with the overall business strategy.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT infrastructure components, configurations, and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within the IT infrastructure, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate IT infrastructure strategies, updates, and challenges to executive leadership (including President and CEO) and other stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Incident Management: Develop and implement incident response plans, ensuring a rapid and effective response to IT infrastructure incidents and minimizing downtime.
Training and Development: Foster the professional growth of the IT infrastructure team through training programs, skill development initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements 5+ years of prior experience with retail technology infrastructure support or administration.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior-level IT infrastructure management role, with a track record of success in leading and managing IT teams.
Must have strong background in troubleshooting Linux, Mac and Windows devices and servers Capable of supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android, and Windows) In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization.
Experience with cloud computing platforms and services a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
Knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management.
Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong written and oral communication, and excellent customer service skills Be able to work as an individual contributor and manage small to medium size team.

Sitting, Typing, Frequent Standing, and Walking, Occasional lifting (less than 25 lbs) Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company.
The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130,000 - $145,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
This role is bonus eligible.
