Requirements: Responsibilities Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
Work closely with the studio team to ensure a seamless client experience including providing information to clients about the safety, benefits, and risks associated with various types of treatments and services.
Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within th industry.
Skills Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable.
Excellent Client Service Skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
