As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition at Formula Fig.
This role requires you to be a creative and analytical thinker, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leaders to help grow the Formula Fig brand and business across all channels.
As a fast-growing early-stage Company, Formula Fig offers interested candidates the ability to make an impact by introducing our Brand to new customers.
This role will require a balance of strategy and hands-on work.
As a small organization, each team member must be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and calendars aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Campaign Management:
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, Fig Bars (locations), and events.
Manage the marketing calendar for timely execution and balanced content strategy.
Brand Management:
Uphold and enhance the company's brand image, working closely with our Brand Content and Creative team.
Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to develop compelling, on-brand channel assets.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media and work collaboratively with the digital team to ideate and develop content and strategies.
Analyze and communicate performance metrics for optimal campaign results.
Lead Generation:
Implement strategies to support sales efforts.
Align marketing activities with lead conversion goals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Monitor expenses and provide financial reports.
Qualifications:
5yrs + years of proven experience in a marketing role.
Experience leadingLed projects end to end with the guidance and support of your Team Lead or Managerof a Manager.
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a Series A/B start up which has helped you to develop the ability to work at a fast pace, and work through ambiguity
Experience in skincare, wellness, or retail industry is an asset.
Compensation for this role: $80,000 - $120,000
