Sales Associate

Massage Envy Downey is hiring bubbly and responsible Sales Associates who can perform daily tasks such as making phone calls, greeting customers, keeping up with the cleanliness of the clinic, hitting sales goals and building relationships with clients.
We will train the right candidates.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
Some daily tasks include: Promptly and professionally answer the phone.
Effectively and efficiently books appointments.
Greets guests and members as they enter the clinic.
Efficiently and effectively checks members in and out for appointments.
Presents Membership Plans to all potential clients: talk to clients to understand their needs, upsell and cross-sell plans that benefit their wellness or beauty goals.
Feel comfortable and motivated to make sales.
Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Maintains client files (electronically).
Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: Flexible availability including weekends.
Previous customer service experience is required.
Previous sales experience is required.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Have a positive attitude.
