We are an upscale social club catering to high-end clientele offering Russian influenced cuisine and cocktails.
We are in heading into our 17th year of business and looking for a talented Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Job Description:
- Greeting clients with a smile
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Maintaining knowledge of/up-selling spa services & products
- Enforcing spa policies
- Coordinating therapist schedules
- Accurate use of POS system (cash handling, etc.
)
- Opening & closing duties
- Ensuring guest satisfaction with attentive customer service
Requirements:
- Be high-energy with a positive/can-do attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Well groomed/presented.
- Prior Spa/Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must possess an exceptional and sincere passion for customer service.
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Multitasking is a must
- Have reliable transportation
