Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility.
The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a profitable spa business.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and a proven track record in spa management.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of products and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and attract new clients
- Oversee retail operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales tracking
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Manage financial aspects of the spa, including budgeting, cash handling, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in spa management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory control and sales tracking
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee orientation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Knowledge of market trends in the beauty and wellness industry
- Basic math skills for cash-handling purposes
