Medical Assistant

*The medical assistant is our most interactive position.
We have a small intimate practice and our patients are like family with mostly word-of-mouth referrals.
This position requires a friendly, energetic, and accommodating professional.

Organizational skills are a must.
* *The responsibilities include:* *phlebotomy - several blood draws daily* *patient intake - completing and documenting detailed intake with patients* *vitals signs* *microbiology skills - plating culture specimen* *autoclave and sterilize tools* *clean rooms between patients and deep cleaning weekly* *keep rooms stocked* *label and manage samples* *follow up to be sure results return for lab and are resulted including imaging results* *log office inventory* *referrals, prescriptions, DME, disability forms* *scheduling surgeries* *assist with front office tasks when needed* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.
00 - $25.
