Southwest to Los Angeles Area | Full-Time Position
Best Sanitizers, Inc.
is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to work with regional and national distributors to increase company sales via the education and training of our distributor partners, reaching out to end users, building relationships, and thinking of new and innovative ways to reach our customer base via marketing and outreach.
Territory:
Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona – potential for adding New Mexico.
Sales Overview:
Experience with account management in the food and beverage industry, industrial manufacturing, chemical sales, and/or a proven sales background in another field is desired.
Relationship building with long term customers and new accounts and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and skill sets from entry level salespeople to executive level positions.
Understanding of selling via distribution to end users.
Ability to analyze competition and develop strategies and responses to market conditions.
Negotiation skills with experience in rebates, pricing, and creating targeted programs for customers.
Assist management team with presentations, reports, and product allocations as needed.
Maintain Rebate proposals and accurate calculations for distributor partners.
Develop in-depth and working knowledge and expertise with product line and equipment.
Ability to travel to call on key accounts and end users.
Attend tradeshows and conferences virtually or in person.
Conduct webinars and sales trainings virtually or in person.
Review new distribution opportunities and evaluate if company is a good fit to represent the Best Sanitizers, Inc.
product line.
Work with National Account Managers as partners on inside and outside opportunities.
Certifications or knowledge in the following areas is beneficial; food safety, quality standards, HACCP, SQF, PQCI, etc.
Requirements & Abilities:
Professional writing and communication skills.
Maintain accurate sales reports monthly, quarterly, yearly, and for customers.
Working knowledge of SalesForce, Manufacturing Software programs, and Microsoft Excel with ability to create mid to high level spreadsheets, formulas and reports.
Understanding and willingness to learn internal systems from ground level (i.
e.
how to track inventory, shipping, orders) to high level (reporting, presentations, etc.
).
Extensive vehicle travel required.
Light air travel required.
Clean Driving Record with documentation provided.
Masks may be required by certain customers.
Dress and personal hygiene appropriate for Food Processing customers.
Will not be employed by another company at the same time as employed with Best Sanitizers, Inc.
Other duties as assigned.
Benefits:

Vehicle allowance – $550/mo.
Cell phone allowance – $150/mo.
Healthcare benefits – 90% paid for employee (spouse and dependents can be added at employee’s expense).
100% paid for employee Dental, Vision (spouse and dependents can be added at employee’s expense).
$50K Life insurance policy.
Pay:
Base Salary: $85,000 per year and up (based on experience).
*Must submit base salary requirements when submitting resume.
Additional:
Bonuses are not guaranteed as they are based on a percentage of growth.
Bonuses (not commission) can range from $4000 a year to $ 40,000 a year depending on how much growth is in the territory.
They also are not capped.
Regional Sales Managers may use their company credit card for work-related travel fuel and there is an additional car allowance of $276 per pay period (typically two pay periods per month).
