You are a salesperson (not an order taker)
Detail oriented
Experienced in Enrolling company employees is preferred but not required
Bi-Lingual (a real plus)
Insurance licensed for at least 1 year
Attend assigned location when directed as well as a once per week sales meeting
Dress and act professionally
Share with individuals as well as Groups our products and how they benefit their lives
Enroll the employees in the various plans suitable for them and their families
Report the assigned activity each day and the end of the weeks by Sunday
Achieve ERB and personal sales goals through employee consultation and positioning the best customer products for each employee.
Identify new employee sales opportunities
Follow up with your past sales
Attend events as necessary
Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Comfortable presenting options to the employee
Initially complete a DISC profile
Current Errors & Omissions insurance
MUST possess current Insurance licenses (2 to 3 years preferred)
Current in your driver’s license and possess a vehicle
Any other business as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Potential: $40,000.
00 - $130,000.
00 per year
This is a commission based role.
