Job Summary (General Responsibilities):
The Global Brand Marketing Manager collaborates with a world-class team comprised of Global and Regional Marketing, internal creative, and agencies to tell the story of Belkin across all regions, online to offline.
The position is responsible for managing all brand campaigns and applicable assets including communication strategy, content creation, photo, videos, photography, digital content, in-store content and supporting marketing collateral.
This role is instrumental in communicating key product and brand stories to all touchpoints with consumers.
Specific responsibilities include:
Leads all campaigns across strategy, planning and execution: brand, seasonal, product category and ecosystem campaigns.
In conjunction with Global Product Marketing, Digital and Regional Marketing teams plan and develop exceptional marketing assets across multiple touchpoints, including but not limited to digital, social, advertising, and in-store activities.
Collaborate with regional teams to understand regional requirements related to key, messaging, digital, photo/video and in-store content; ensuring timely campaign launches across the regions (Americas, EMEA, APEA, ANZ).
Develop and manage the campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are communicated to global and cross-functional teams.
Provide direction and leadership to vendors, agencies, and internal creative staff to develop industry-leading suite of campaign assets.
Ensures proper mix and quantity of assets to support sell-in and sell-thru.
Oversee all communications to ensure that campaigns and marketing collateral are in line with Belkin branding and business objectives.
Collaborate with the Consumer Insights Team to execute consumer insights research; translate results into effective direction that meets Company goals for best-in-class marketing materials and maximum impact for marketing campaigns.
Maintains general awareness of marketing trends, pop culture, and key trends within the consumer electronics industry.
Create relevant documents and get approvals from key decision-makers.
Documents includes, but are not limited to: creative briefs, content briefs, photoshoot plans/schedules, and customer-facing marketing materials (copy, photo/videos/animations, digital and social media assets).
Communicate updates, status of relevant projects, and business results to relevant team members, agency partners, and others in a timely and appropriate manner.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years direct experience working in branding marketing, communications, and media projects.
Detail-oriented individual, with strong project management skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or other applicable disciplines or equivalent work experience.
Consumer products or consumer electronics experience is preferred.
A working knowledge of design, photography, and creative collateral.
Ability to work well with others; team player and customer focused.
Must be flexible, open to change, and have the ability to shift direction and priorities often.

Location:
El Segundo, California
Range for this position:
$75,000 - $95,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered.
In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
