* Cleanliness - expectation of cleaning after yourself and norm to keep common areas clean and organized; counter and stove wipe downs after each cooking if cooking; dishes washed daily after meals and/or cooking, or loaded in dishwasher after each meal; norm of a clear kitchen sink; regular vacuuming and swiffering; take turns taking out trash and buying shared cleaning supplies, etc
* Guest policy: prefer roommate who rarely hosts guests inside apartment, house guests etc are all on a respectful basis and communication is very important
