I am looking for a respectful, clean, friendly, working professional roommate who is in their late 20s- 30s and who loves dogs or has a small dog.
(This apartment only allows smaller dogs).
There is laundry on site and also tandem parking plus tons of parking on street because this area only allows permits.
There is a huge balcony that is dog proof with a table and chair if you ever want to do work or just hang out.
I have already a dining table, couch, TV in the living room.
I am a professional in my early 30s that works in the entertainment industry with a very sweet, charming Pomeranian.
I make music, take photos, and like to be creative.
I like to keep the place clean and would love someone where we can take turn on chores.
I got a popcorn maker so I can make popcorn and watch movies! I sometimes like to cook so I sometimes will cool for my roommate and I like having a healthy lifestyle during the week and go out with friends during the weekends.
I enjoy music, movies, shows.
Would love to have small dinner parties.
I am friends with the neighbors as well and they like to hang out from time to time.
