It is near the corner of Stoner and Idaho in West Los Angeles, 90025.
Super close to UCLA, Westwood, Brentwood 90049 and Santa Monica.
Close cross streets are Santa Monica Blvd and Barrington.
Utilities are shared by all the roommates and typically are around $110.
00/month, Internet, gas, water, electricity as well as our cleaning lady.
We typically have our cleaning lady come every 3-4 weeks just to keep everything nice and clean (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc).
Everyone helps out with their own dishes and we do have a dishwasher which is great.
It is a spacious apt with Hardwood Floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs.
Has a fridge, dw, stove as well as a Washer and Dryer in the second floor.
Apartment also has Central AC and Heating throughout so don't worry if it gets hot in the summer.
Apartment also has a fireplace, living room with large sectional couch set and there are also two awesome roof deck patios which are great for weekend bbqs and hanging out in the evenings.
One of the roommates is a UCLA PhD student.
The second roommate is a consultant at PWC and the third roommate is a real estate investor and works his own hours and travels often for work.
The apartment is pretty mellow during the week with most of us working/sports/surfing/tennis/gym/dinners etc, and then we are pretty lively and often entertain on the weekends.
There is a park two blocks away with tennis courts, adult softball leagues and pickup soccer.
Looking for someone who will fit in well, ideally a young professional who will pay rent on time and hopefully add something positive to the house.
Room is available starting January 1st.
