Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s portion of the lease now (flexible move-in) through May, as my current roommate’s allergies to my pup have gotten worse :(
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, you’d get your own bathroom inside the master suite plus a walk in closet.
Access to a fitness center, pool and hot tub.
The apartment was fully renovated before we moved in and has new appliances, including a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer.
It’s in the Mariposa complex in Playa del Rey, about a 15 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to shops and food, 5 min bike ride to beach.

I’m taking time off bc ya enby is burned outtt.
I am super clean, communicative, and respectful.
