Hey folks, there are 3 of us right now where we have teamed up to submit an application to rent this place.
We will need *1 more person* to rent this 4 bedroom spot as we plan to divide the total rent by 4, each pay at about 1,500.
Someone will pay a little more for the master obviously.

The other 2 guys are in the similar age range, where they are also into sports and are drug-free.
As you can see, this is a real nice place close to the beach and central to many spots.
We just need 1 more responsible person to join- we can meet at Starbucks, get the vibe, and if things work out, we’ll all submit an application.
