About the room: We have a room opening up in sunny Mar Vista.
The room has windows overlooking the bamboo forest in the backyard, which is really great to wake up to.
It has a nice walk-in closet and is closest to the bathroom, which is shared with Donald and Mike.
The floors are wood, nice and spacious! About the house: The house is a 1920's spanish revival and sits in a great spot with multiple restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance.
We also have a fully analog recording studio in one of the rooms -- big plus for any musicians out there! Our backyard has a bamboo garden, lemon and orange trees as well as an assortment of spices and peppers.
We all love it here.
About the roommates: We are Mike, Donald and Andrew.
Mike works at Boeing and is a awesome songwriter.
Donald runs a tech startup and plays music and video games in his free time.
Andrew works at a media company and fills his time hanging out with his puppy, Obi.
We are all clean and always down to hang and have a few beers.
