Looking for a new roommate in my 3 bed/3 bath penthouse in Sawtelle.
The room is on the opposite side of the unit as the other rooms and has an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, along with 2 closets.
Gated parking included.
The unit is west-facing with tons of natural light, in-unit W/D, central air, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a second shared balcony.
Roommate 1 works in entertainment, loves to golf, and is a big hockey fan.
Roommate 2 works in tech (WFH) and is an active tennis player, often playing when not working.
Both are early-late 20s, laidback guys who kick it now and then but also do their own thing.
