there’s a washer / dryer in the courtyard ( $2 to wash / $1 to dry ) Only 3 blocks from the Musician Institute and about 10 minutes to Burbank / 15 minutes to West Hollywood There’s Permit Street Parking AND / OR a monthly garage rental about a block away.

I work-out, eat out, weekend travel (NOT as much as I would like).
