Month to Month.
Basic house supplies and utilities are included (internet, electricity, water, sewer, trash).
We have an onsite cleaner that assists in cleaning the common area daily.
Every room has AC.
You can lock your bedroom door.
We are looking to rent the rooms to respectful and considerate adults.
No credit is ok, bad credit is ok.
But you must have a clear background check (no criminal records).
We have private rooms with private bathrooms, studios, or 1BR apartments.
We also have locations in many other areas of LA: Culver City, Beverly Hills, East Hollywood, Hollywood, Korea Town, the USC area, Huntington Beach, etc.
