Hello, I am looking for a new female roommate to share my furnished Studio City 2Bed 2Bathroom apartment.
The room is available March 1 2024.
The rent is 1200$,month to month and includes: -High speed internet -All utilities (gas,electricity,water…) -Your own parking spot inside the gated garage -Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher inside the unit.
I have been living in this unit for 4 years and inside the building for 8 years.
It’s a quiet building on a nice street right under the Hollywood hills.
The neighborhood offers everything you need from Highway access to recreational activities it’s also conveniently located right next to a Ralph’s/Starbucks and a 5 minutes walk from a major public transportation hub : The Metro Red/B line at Universal Studios.
The bedroom that is available would be the master bedroom with the bathroom attached.
It is fully furnished but obviously you would be welcome to bring your own stuff in.
I am looking for a clean,responsible and courteous female.
I can’t accommodate couples or pets besides maybe a small dog or cat.
I am a young,professional female and mostly keep to myself but polite communication when needed is important to me.
I am also very neat and enjoy cleaning so you wouldn’t have to worry much about cleaning the common spaces.
