This is a quiet home, a place to unwind, relax, rest and re-charge after work.
You will be sharing the apartment with 2 roommates.
We are looking for a fully employed professional, who is respectful, clean and reliable with rent.
The bedroom is furnished and it comes with a bed and 2 large closets, nightstand and coffee table
-The bathroom is shared with one tenant.
I have a fragrance allergy, so looking for someone who is ok using fragrance free products to shower, for shampoo, hand soap.
Ok not to spray any fragrance product or perfume inside.
You can spray perfume/cologne outdoors, in your car if you wish!
-Coin operated Washer and Dryer in building
-Kitchen use.
Each tenant is assigned a spacious cupboard
-8 Unit building with a communal swimming pool
-Across the street from Kenneth Han Park
-Wifi and utilities (monthly Gas and bimonthly Electric) about $35-$75 per person per month, during winter months with usage of heater it can get to around $50-$100 per person
-This is a month to month rental with a signed subleasing agreement.
Looking for someone long term
-To move-in we ask for first month rent $983+ $983 security deposit = $1966 to move-in.
Rent is due via Venmo or Zelle transfer a couple of days before the 1st of every month (around the 28th of the previous month for the following month and around the 26th for February for March)
-Plenty of street parking, no permit needed, no street cleaning
-Ralphs, Bank of America, Staples, CVS, Krispy Creme, Albertsons within 1-2 miles
-Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Chase, Fedex, Target, Whole Foods 10-15 min away
*Sorry no pets because of allergy
*No couples, single occupancy only as it comes with a shared bathroom
*Non-smoker, no drugs nor heavy drinking
