We are three ladies in our mid-20s seeking a fourth roommate for a December 1st-15th move-in date in our 4b/2br Spanish-style Silver Lake home.
It's a spacious home built in the 1920s with tons of natural light, arched windows, and a view of the DTLA skyline from the kitchen :)
*Apologies in advance for the length of this post, just want to give as many details as possible!*
The Room:
- Available to move in by 12/1 or 12/15 at the latest.
Prorating is available
- Large room with closet space (former roommate had a lot of belongings, so room does appear smaller in photos)
- Rent: $950/mo (month-to-month rent)
- Utilities are around $50/mo
- $975 deposit
About Us:
- 2 full-time professionals and 1 full-time student with hybrid schedules
- We'll chat in the shared spaces but tend to do our own things during the day due to our busy schedules
Ideal Roommate:
- Looking for a communicative roommate who is considerate about living in a shared space
- **Contribute to the weekly cleaning schedule**
- Mindful of noise levels (noise really carries in this older house)
- Friendly, mature, employed
- Someone who is looking to rent the room for 12-month minimum, preferably
- No pets allowed, unfortunately :(
The House:
- 4bd/2br house (large 2nd bathroom is shared by 3 roomies)
- Large, stocked kitchen with breakfast nook, separate dining area, living room, small backspace, and front porch
- In-house washer and dryer
- Central heat only, bedroom a/c unit recommended for warmer temps
- Street parking available
The Neighborhood:
- Quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of Sunset Blvd, Silver Lake Reservoir, and a mini Target/CVS
- 60-second drive from the 101 freeway
