Im Jack and my buddy Brad are both in our late 20s and are pretty easygoing.
I went to SDSU and Brad played football at Michigan.
We enjoy going out on the weekends, beer-dye, beach days, skiing, basketball ect.
Costs:
Rent is $1525 (standard room) or $1875 (master), utilities are split evenly, and a deposit is needed.
What We're Looking For:
An outgoing guy in their 20s or early 30s who's social, respectful and clean.
