Hi! I'm looking for a roomate in my two bedroom, 1 bath apartment to share this beautiful space with me.
It's an incredible location 3 blocks from Abbot Kinney, 10 minute walk to the beach, and 5-10 blocks from Main St.
Rose, and Lincoln.
I've lived here two years and absolutely love this apartment and location.
The apartment gets a ton of light, has an outdoor space where you can chill and sun, spacious kitchen and living room, good closet space, and just a great vibe.
I like to keep my apartment clean, minimal, beautiful and peaceful.
I am a creative who works from home about half the day and also has a day job in the mornings and afternoons.
I prefer a roommate who has work outside of the home at least part of the time (not home all day), but prioritize someone I feel good to live with.
I watch dogs on Rover from time to time, so must be ok with dogs (although its very part time and I never have more than 2 dogs at a time).
I'm looking for 1 month deposit and am open to longer term roommates and month to month arrangements as well.
