The common room is around 760 square feet, with a high definition projector - great for entertaining.
The entire apartment is about 1,700 square feet.
The available bedroom is around 160 sq ft with a great window view and includes a walk-in closet and on-suite bathroom.
A parking spot is also included.
Utilities are split amongst all three roommates.
You'd be rooming with two guys in their late twenties/early thirties.
They are respectful and friendly and would like somebody that fits in well with their dynamic.
