The rent base that I currently pay is $750 inclusive of everything.
I will go higher if room deserves more money and I am in a fantastic neighborhood.
Kitchen Privileges a must and I have my own refrigerator.
I need a place to store it or I am OK as I do presently keep my refrigerator in my bedroom.
