Need a room in May (Long Beach)

Hello, I need a room to rent out in May as I have a new job out in LA that I need to have a place to live before I start.
I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and am moving there in the next few weeks.
Rent price I would like $950 or less a month with utilities included please.
I have my own car, no pets, no kids.
I don't drink at home, and I don't smoke.
It does not matter to me if you do any of these things I am fine with it.
I will be working Mon-Fri and usually on the weekends I will be out with my buddies doing activities around LA.
