2-persons Rooms - $900
3-person Rooms - $700 ( there are 3 total beds)
Private Rooms - price changes depending on the room $1000 to $1600
WE ARE NOT A ASSISTED LIVING HOUSE OR SOBER LIVING- if you can’t clean or do everyday living kind of chores this is not the place for you.
We also have handicapped access.
WE DO NOT EXCEPT THE PILOT PROGRAM HOUSING & OTHER PROGRAMS FOR HOUSING.
You must pay the first and last month's rent before you move in.

The house has new paint, and LED Lights Most of the furniture is new like bed frames, beds, and liners, in the Valley NO SEX OFFENDERS are ALLOWED, and No pets are allowed cats, dogs, fish, sorry
We offer Clean Living and safe Living, We supply bedding (which must be washed weekly) and all supplies to keep and maintain the house clean.
We have refrigerators and a washing machine and street parking available.
NO OUTSIDE FURNITURE is allowed in the house unless it’s approved by management anything not approved will be removed without your permission and subject to the trash or outside.
No weapons of any sort are allowed on site for safety reasons.
You are required to do your chores like cleaning your mess like everybody else.
Maintaining a clean environment and good hygiene and rules broken can lead to you being told to leave.
All payments are nonrefundable and nonnegotiable.
We are a 5-minute walk from Dignity Hospital any Grocery store, convenience store, several restaurants, and bus stops in all directions, If you have questions, please text me.
Just make sure you leave your name and the reason for texting another thing do not ask me the names of other tenants or how many I will not disclose that information to you.
