So here's the deal... (San Pedro)

I am staying at a group home now in San Pedro.
I don't really like it, so I wanted to see if anyone out there would rent me a room for a month with about $660, all I got.
My first priority during this time would be to find a full time job.
I am sure a month would be more than enough time to find one, if you can work with me on the rent.
I am a 41, white, male with a clean background, no evictions, no pets, and I would never bring guests by.
I can also do odd jobs for you around your place like cleaning , landscaping, errands, or whatever you may need help with to make it a good deal for you too.
