I'm looking for a room to rent in West LA or nearby about a 4 or 8 mile biking distance (Baldwin Hills, Westchester, etc) because I go to Santa Monica College and I work in the area using my electric bicycle, plus I do not have a car.
I need either a room, living room, or any other living accommodations.
I'm not picky at all.
I have to move out of my current place by the end of this month and I've been looking for something for a while now.
I'm looking for a long-term rental preferably but will consider short-term until I can get something longer term.
About Me: I'm 33 years old female.
I don't smoke, drink, or do any drugs.
I’m not a party person and don't have any visitors over.
I'm a very quiet and clean person.
I don't like drama and I just do my own thing.
I do not mind living with pets, kids, or men.

I have asthma, so I can't live with people who smoke cigarettes, vape, or weed.
