I got a new job in Santa Monica, and need to move close to the office on January 1st, because Granada Hills, where I live, is too far away to drive.
I am an Accountant, very responsible, with references.
I do not drink nor take drugs and I am quiet, going to sleep around 10 pm and waking up around 6 am.
I look for a quiet place, without kids neither teenagers, with kitchen and laundry privileges, internet WiFi.
