Looking for a Room To Rent` (West LA/Culver/Mid City)

Hello, My name is Justin and I am a student attending LA Film School.
I am looking for an affordable room to rent while I study.
I work in Playa Vista five nights a week so as you see, I have a pretty busy schedule.
I am pretty quiet, respectful, clean, and don't like drama.
I don't party or do drugs, which I would prefer in the household as well.
I would prefer a private room to rent but I'm open minded to other living situations if something is worked out.
My budget for rent is nothing more than 1050 per month.
