I'm great with dogs.
Looking for kitchen privileges as I do light cooking.
I do a spotless clean up in the kitchen after cooking so you never have to worry about a mess left behind.
My rent budget is between $750 to $850 a month.
Looking for month-to-month terms if possible.
I have an impeccable rental history and a clean background.
I have been with my current landlord for a little over 5 years now.
Her house is in escrow and will be done at the end of November.
I'm looking to move on December 2.
Rental reference will be provided upon request.
