I’m a professional male looking for a share situation in apartment or house.
With a male or female.
I don’t smoke anything.
So I cannot live somewhere if roommate smokes.
Occasionally I drink.
Ideally I’d like a sharing situation where I only stay to shower and sleep.
I will not be home from around 10 am to 11 pm.
So price accordingly.
In fact, if you’ve a comfortable couch, that may work too.
