Artist seeking studio space rental (SFV)

Hi! I'm a multimedia artist specialing in puppetry, graphic novels, and animation.
I've outgrown my living space for storing my materials and having space to work.
I don't need a ton of room, maybe a minimum of 6x8', plus access to electricity and wifi.
Prefer to stay in SFV but will travel farther for the right opportunity.
