Would you consider an elderly? On social security(regular income)kind, respectful, clean, cares about his appearance, intelligent(has degrees), artistic, plays the guitar, and articulate, has own vehicle.
He is 84 years young, loves to go to the barber, library, has a regular day or time he goes grocery shopping, he even cooks.
He reads, stays current with the world, he has a gym membership and enjoys working out and staying healthy, does not drink or smoke and will have no overnight guests! He lost his roommates during covid and has struggled ever since.
