Room wanted for Single Female w/pets Burbank (Burbank)

Hello, I am looking for a room that is pet friendly and local in Burbank.
I am willing to go a bit into North Hollywood if I need to.
***This is for a normal rental situation, unsavory emails will be immediately ignored*** About me: -Currently Employed for 5 years in the area -1 small dog and one cat, not a deadbeat owner so im attentive, clean up after them, they barely make any noise.
Sometimes I watch my Dad's small dog when he is working.
-Have an eBay side business so i receive multiple packages.
if thats an issue im happy to get a PO box -No clue about credit score since I dont have a credit card but I have cash ready and pay on time for rent, can get a referral -Homebody, I dont have guests overnight, I keep to myself and am mostly a solitary person.
No drugs or drinking.
not comfortable with a large house full of people, so one roommate should be fine.
$950 utilities included is what im looking for.
Im trustworthy and looking for a long term comfortable situation.
