I plan to move in on January 1st or 2nd, 2024, as I need to provide my current place with a 30-days notice.

- Mid City: Park La Brea / The Grove
- West Hollywood
- Beverlywood
- Fairfax
**Preferences:**
- Safe place (occasional guests are fine, provided they are clean and respectful)
- Quiet environment
- W/D either in unit or in the building
- Initial 6-month lease
- Clean and organized roommates
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- No pets of my own, but open to roommate's pets if they are well-maintained

I am a tidy, considerate individual who values both communal and private spaces.
I'm in search of a peaceful home where I can relax and be myself.
While I'm sociable due to my job, I seek a quiet and private environment at home.

I speak dfferent languages and I'm here studying.
I'm active in the acting industry and also work in wedding/catering /events.
My weekdays and some weekends are usually busy.
I enjoy exercise, hiking, beach walks, sunsets, wellness, and maintaining a clean living space.
