* Inspect the buildings for proper adherence to the North Oak System
* Oversee on-site manager personnel
* Respond to email inquiries
* Submit maintenance requests to the office
* Post notices (24-Hour Notices, Rent Increase, etc.
) as needed
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Basic construction knowledge
* Experience in property management (residential, commercial & industrial)
* Valid California driver’s license
* Bonus: Spanish speaking
