Property Manager- South Los Angeles Area- Full-Time

Position- Property Manager- Roving/Territory Manager Location- Canoga Park- cross streets are Canoga Ave and Vanowen Street Hours- Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p - Available after hours and weekends for emergencies - Cannot be combined with any other work Salary- $3200-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) Benefits- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Property manager is needed to manage multiple properties in the South Los Angeles area.
The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at one property and manage 3 other properties.
This person must be comfortable driving on a daily basis.
Properties are close to the 105 fwy and 110 fwy.
Overview of Duties: • Rent Collection • Generating/Posting notices • Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders • Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units • Must live at one of the properties being managed • Other duties assigned by management Experience Required: • Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year • Managing 55+ units preferred • Managing multiple properties a plus • Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus • GED or HS Diploma • MUST- Valid Driver's license • MUST- Reliable vehicle • Bilingual in Spanish a preferred • Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area • Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area We are an equal opportunity employer.
