On-Site Resident Manager Position Available (Westwood, LA)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking an On-Site Resident Manager for one of our properties located in Westwood, Los Angeles near UCLA.
This unique role requires the individual to reside on-site, ensuring they are readily available to manage and oversee the property efficiently.
The successful candidate must respond promptly to any emergencies, both during normal business hours and after hours.
TASKS: --Strong Leasing ability --Executing leases, serving legal notices --Monitoring & scheduling outside vendors --Recurring interactions with Tenants --Recording and tracking completion of work orders --Oversight and follow up with property rules & regulations --Light maintenance (changing batteries, general cleaning) --Keep property in good clean condition --Facilitate communication between tenants, support staff & management --Maintain high occupancy and top market rents --Appfolio proficiency or we can train you --Coordinate the quality and completion of unit turns with vendors INTERPERSONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability • Priorities change often and quickly in this position and the candidate must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required --Candidates must possess a valid CA driver's license, a reliable & insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.
