WLCAC is a highly respected 58 year non profit operating multiple housing contracts and grants funded by various City, County, State, Federal, Private and Other sources.
Candidate MUST be willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in with 9 other accounting professionals to produce invoices, reconciliations, period closings, reports and analysis for more than $42 million in overall annual revenue.
Currently, Real Estate generates approximately $6M in annual revenue.
Must be prepared to produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports using our Yardi Voyager and Sage Intaact accounting systems.
Must have full range of experience including budget reporting, income & expense reporting, balance sheets, and other important information that can contribute to analysis and responsible management.
Candidates are expected to be good people without drama.
Must be culturally diverse and able to work with many people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
