On Site Residential Property Manager

On-Site Property Manager for 40 units Seeking a part time Residential Property Manager or Team to live on-site with at least 1-2 years of management/maintenance experience with references.
Compensation will be a 1 bedroom apartment plus a $500.
00 monthly salary.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Property Manager's responsibilities included in the rent credit + salary: -schedule maintenance -Collect rent -Move-in and Move-out inspection -Handle tenant complaints and provide excellent customer service -Serving notices -Enforcement of apartment rules -Maintain common areas clean -Oversee outside vendors -Clean vacant units -handle all leasing aspects such as showing vacant units and vetting applicants and drafting leases -clerical duties such as generating notices, pulling delinquency sheets, and pulling vacancy sheets, etc.
\*\*Additional compensation for painting and flooring work at discounted rates to be discussed.
