A property manager is needed to oversee multiple properties in the South Los Angeles areas.
The manager with live at one of the properties and manage the others.
Properties are located east of the 110 fwy between the 105 fwy and Vernon Ave.
Easy access to fwy, short commute to DTLA and other local attractions.
Duties Include: • Collection of rent • Post notices as needed • Oversee maintenance requests and schedule • Marketing and advertising vacant units • Complete and review applications and leases • Other duties as needed Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year of property management experience managing 30+ units preferred • Experience managing multiple properties is a PLUS • Experience with software, MS Office desired • GED or HS Diploma • Valid CA Driver's license and a dependable car, this is a MUST • Comfortable driving on a daily basis • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Compensation: • Full Time- Mon-Fri- 8a-5p (available after hours and weekends for emergencies) • Cannot be combined with any other work • $3300-3800/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
