*WHAT WE DO*
A family owned & operated Real Estate investment company in Southern California.
We own and manage apartment buildings, commercial property and Single-Family homes in Southern California.
*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
The Associate's responsibilities will be to identify value add investment opportunities throughout the Southern California area.
You will identify and research potential investments, perform due diligence on potential acquisitions including through site walks, outreach, analyzing market trends, and look at comparables.
The Associate will also be responsible for negotiating and determining offers.
*Qualifications*
* The Associate must be confident in a role that requires them to be professionally liaising out to agents, lenders, professionals, and other individuals through telephone calls, mails, and electronic communications.
* The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, and must hold a proven track record, demonstrating their ability to successfully identify and close profitable properties.
* The Associate will be working closely with the principle investor to discuss prospective investment opportunities and strategy.
This will be an excellent opportunity to learn investment strategy from an experienced and successful investor.
* Acquisition Due Diligence experience
* Financial modeling experience
* High level of organization and ability to multi-task
* The associate will be involved in projects such as – affordable housing development, project repositioning, leasing, and securing entitlements
